This is a universal adjustable fuel pressure regulator with a built-in gauge, used to set and monitor the fuel pressure delivered to an engine’s injectors or fuel rail.
What’s in the box
- 1 x adjustable fuel pressure regulator with mounting bracket
- 1 x fuel pressure gauge (kg/cm² scale)
- Elbow hose barb fitted to the vacuum/boost reference port
- 2 x AN6 male to 1/8 NPT fittings
- 2 x straight hose barb to 1/8 NPT fittings
Key features
- Adjustable fuel pressure, set with the screw and lock nut on top
- Gauge reading up to 8 kg/cm² for monitoring while you set pressure
- 1/8 NPT fuel inlet and fuel outlet ports
- Separate port for the pressure gauge
- Reference port on top to connect to manifold vacuum/boost
- Anodised body with steel mounting bracket
- Regulator approx. 87 mm high and 45 mm across; gauge approx. 46 mm diameter
Typical uses
- Setting base fuel pressure after fuel system upgrades
- Turbocharged or supercharged engines needing boost-referenced fuel pressure
- Engine tuning and dyno setup
Installation notes
Fuel system work carries a real fire risk. Depressurise the fuel system and disconnect the battery before starting, use fuel-rated hose and the correct fittings, seal NPT threads with a fuel-safe sealant, and check every joint for leaks before starting the engine. Set pressure with the engine idling and the reference hose connected as required. We strongly recommend professional fitment and setup; the Menin Motorsport workshop in Mayville, Pretoria can install and set it on the dyno or road.
Frequently asked questions
What fittings come with the regulator?
Two AN6 male to 1/8 NPT fittings and two straight hose barb to 1/8 NPT fittings.
What does the gauge read in?
The gauge is scaled in kg/cm² up to 8.
What is the port on top for?
It is the reference port, which connects to manifold vacuum or boost so fuel pressure rises and falls with engine load.
